Caregiver Position Overview

CAREOSITY caregivers provide non-medical, in-home support to clients who may need assistance with daily living, personal care, companionship, household tasks, and routine support.

Caregiver responsibilities may include:

-Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.

-Providing companionship and emotional support.

-Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping.

-Supporting safe routines in the home.

-Offering reminders and encouragement as directed in the care plan.

-Helping clients stay engaged, comfortable, and respected.

-Reporting concerns, changes, or incidents promptly to CAREOSITY leadership.

-Documenting care accurately according to company procedures.
