3. Background Check: Following a successful interview, all caregiver partners are required to undergo a thorough background check. This step ensures the safety and security of our clients and helps maintain the high standards of care associated with CAREOSITY.

4. Orientation: Once cleared through the background check, you will participate in an orientation session. This training will cover company policies, caregiving best practices, and specific procedures that guide our operations. Orientation equips you with the knowledge and tools necessary to provide exceptional care.
