• Our team. Only the CAREOSITY staff who need your information to serve you — responding to inquiries, scheduling care, managing operations.

• Legal requirements. If the law requires it — a court order, subpoena, or government investigation — we will comply.

These Terms govern your use of the CAREOSITY website (careosity.care) and any related pages we operate. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

CAREOSITY, LLC is a non-medical home care provider based in Christiansburg, Virginia, serving the New River Valley and surrounding areas. Our caregivers provide companionship, personal care assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, dementia support, and respite for family caregivers.

This is the most important section on this page:

• We are not a home health agency, and we are not medical providers. Our caregivers do not provide skilled nursing, medical treatment, diagnosis, therapy, or medication administration.
• Nothing on this website — and nothing our caregivers tell you — is medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare provider with medical questions.
• We are not an emergency service. If you or a loved one is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use our contact form or text line for emergencies.

• It starts with a conversation. Every relationship begins with a free consultation where we learn about the person, their routines, and what kind of support would actually help.
• Care plans are personal. We build support around the individual — their preferences, priorities, and goals — not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
• Flexible scheduling. We offer scheduled visits as well as shorter task-based visits, with no minimum hours required. Families can start, pause, or adjust services as needs change.
• Our caregivers. Personal care services are provided by caregivers meeting our credential requirements, with Registered Nurse oversight of our care practices.

When you inquire about or use our services, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain a safe environment for our caregivers during visits, and communicate changes in needs or schedules as early as you can.

We'll agree on a visit schedule together during your consultation. If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, please let us know as far in advance as possible so we can adjust staffing — we simply ask for the courtesy you'd want yourself.

CAREOSITY is a private-pay provider. Rates are confirmed in writing before services begin — no surprises. Payment terms, including when and how you're billed, will be laid out clearly in your service agreement. If you ever have a billing question, call us at 833-820-5177 and we'll sort it out with you directly.

If you opt in to SMS messages as described in our Privacy Policy (Part 1, Section 3), those same terms apply here: messaging is optional, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, and we never share your mobile opt-in information with third parties.
