What's truly alarming is seeing individuals on these very lists with felony and abuse records – some of whom have even applied to CAREOSITY and failed our stringent background checks.

This is why I'm taking a stand to make home care safer for everyone. We're launching an initiative to help families make informed decisions and ensure peace of mind.

 * Free Background Checks: If you're considering hiring a private caregiver you don't personally know, CAREOSITY will provide a completely free background check for them. We believe everyone deserves to know who they're inviting into their home.

 * Free Educational Resources: We're also offering free educational materials to help families navigate the hiring process. This includes valuable guidelines on how to conduct effective interviews and specific questions to ask that can reveal a caregiver's true experience and qualifications.
